Thursday morning weigh in! Last week I put on a pound which, I might add, was definitely deserved, given I'd eaten out three times in that week and there are only so many good choices you can make at Red Hot Buffet and Frankie and Bennies! lol So I was super good this week to repent and get back on track for my 1lb a week loss.
I was very chuffed with a 2lb loss! :-) looks like power circuit at gym is paying off! lol This of course meant that I could have my caramel frappe when I stopped at McDonalds to get Kaydee's supper on the way to ballet ;-p Tastes so much better as forbidden fruit! lol So that brings me up to 10.5 lbs. I'm hoping to get my 1 stone by Halloween.
Duane didn't fare as well this week, we were lacking in snacks, which is what he needs to keep him on track so we went to Sainsburys straight after image therapy and stocked up on some roast chicken mug shots (Which actually contains dehydrated chicken), fruit and bachelor rice, which we're going to make some quiche type dishes with, cooking the rice then adding pepper, onions and eggs and baking till set. Bacon and lentil soup is also on the cards for the weekend, which is when I tend to struggle to keep up with making meals and snacks. So here's hoping for a good result next week!
